File Manager
The File Manager module extends the features and functions of
other modules to enhance document capabilities. For example, when
integrated with the Supplier Database and Directory module, File
Manager provides the capability of attaching documents that are
associated with a supplier. With File Manager, you can upload any
document such as a supplier's W-9, Certificate of Insurance,
Certifications, Service Contract, etc. No matter what the document
is, you can upload a file and associate it to the supplier record
and make the files available to download and view. With File
Manager, your supplier documents are in a central place where it
is easy to access.
File Manager Features:
- Support for all document types
- Dynamically define and name documents for uploading
- Fully-integrated with Supplier Database and Directory module
for managing supplier-related documents such as Contracts, W-9
forms, Certificate of Insurance
- Administrator view of documents for easily locating and
maintaining documents. You can even check how much storage
space the documents use
- Archive old documents for later retrieval
